Greet My Teeth, graphic art and the beauty of the human interior

The series entitled “Greet My Teeth” features my visual interpretation of human teeth. It is my objective to disregard both the clinical and the personal significance of medical information associated with x-ray images. Thus, a variety of dental x-rays are the key components for my explorative project that reveals new hidden and whimsical configurations which are finally reproduced through a silk screen printing process. The resulting images show a novel interpretation of the human interior: our teeth.

Eventually, it is my hope to take what is traditionally perceived as internal, private and personal and to transform it into something that is external, public, and open to free display.
